Remote Helpdesk 

  Users from an offsite location may wish for IT to look at their computer from the college.  This tool allows you, the user, to give access of your computer to a Helpdesk or an IT Staff member.  Options are: WOSC Helpdesk Support- Helpdesk computers, WOSC IT 1-B2 Machine, WOSC IT 2-Nicks Machine.

Helpdesk Live chat

  A secondary tool for communication incase of primary lines of communication fail.  This is not a chat tool for friends, only the subjects of tech support will be allowed.  If you recieve no answer,  please be patient and leave the chat window open so that we have a chance to get back with you.
